The provision of personal data, as well as your consent to its processing, is completely voluntary. Any personal data you provide to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which you have given your consent. However, in the event that you decide not to provide us with the data necessary for the processing of your order and do not consent to its processing, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order.

We ask you to remember that you have the right to update or completely delete your personal data at any time. You can do this on your own, as well as with our assistance, which we will be happy to provide.

ADO has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth in the applicable regulations on personal data protection. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and the technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

The most important elements of the personal data protection system used include:

SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and malokee.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.

We collect and process only the necessary personal data and for the shortest possible time, and you must give separate consent for any activity not related to the execution of the purchase contract.

Access to your personal data, only persons authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, providing a guarantee of their security.

Malokee.com's IT system and in-house procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

The ADO has thus complied with all legal obligations for the protection of personal data.

 

III. Personal data, purpose and duration of storage

 

A. Registration

When you register, we ask you to provide the data necessary to create an account at malokee.com so that you do not have to waste time filling out the entire order form again with each subsequent purchase. By registering you save time and money, as registered customers participate in the loyalty program and receive discounts for previous purchases.

A registered customer, after logging in, also has the ability to verify the status of the order placed and the history of purchases made. A registered and logged-in customer can at any time independently correct, complete or delete data completely from malokee.com

During registration we ask for:

first and last name - necessary for us to later issue a sales document and address the shipment;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for us later to address the shipment;

e-mail - necessary for login and communication related to the use of malokee.com;

phone number - necessary if you choose certain delivery methods (required by carriers)

Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the last login.

B. Placing an order

When placing an order, we ask you to provide us with the data necessary to process the order, which in the case of registered and logged-in Customers is partly taken automatically from the data provided at registration.

When placing an order, we ask you to provide:

name and surname or name of the company/institution - necessary for issuing a sales document and addressing the shipment;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for addressing the shipment;

e-mail - necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;

telephone number - necessary if certain delivery methods are selected (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses delivery to an address other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please additionally provide:

name or company/institution name - necessary for us to address the shipment;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for us to address the shipment;

telephone number of the consignee of the shipment - necessary if you choose certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

 

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than that indicated when registering or placing an order, please additionally provide:

name or name of the company/institution - necessary for issuing a sales receipt;

address (street, house number and/or house and premises number, postal code and city) - necessary for issuing a sales receipt;

The data you provide when placing an order is processed by malokee.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:

first and last name, address, telephone, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are forwarded to shipping companies in the form of a shipping label/letter which is at the same time an order for delivery of the shipment depending on the selected type of shipment is forwarded to :

name and surname, address, Tax Identification Number (NIP) indicated as data on which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system of malokee.com

If payment is made using an external payment system, any data provided after navigating to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are not accessible or stored in any way by malokee.com.

malokee.com cooperates with the following payment operators:

Blue Media S.A. based in Sopot (KRS: 0000320590, NIP:5851351185).

The data are stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with relevant regulations governing the storage time of accounting documents.

C. Marketing

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, we ask only for your e-mail address to which we will send commercial information from malokee.com, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging into your malokee.com account or by clicking the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each newsletter.

Your e-mail address is transmitted and processed only for the purpose of sending e-mails to:

D. Correspondence

If you provide us with personal data that is not necessary for us to perform a contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, withdrawal forms, warranty or guarantee forms, such data will be immediately deleted or anonymized and will not be processed.

So please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly ask for and that are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

IV. Cookies - your personal data, which are downloaded automatically when you enter malokee.com

Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the final device of the customer of malokee.com.

Malokee.com uses two main types of cookies: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). A. malokee.com (server)

The computer system used by malokee.com automatically collects data in logs related to the device you use to connect to malokee.com This data is collected for statistical purposes only and concerns: type of device, operating system, type of Internet browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, ISP, or malokee.com entry address, and is used only in the process of optimizing malokee.com to provide the greatest possible convenience of use.

This data is never combined with the data provided as mentioned in Part III, and is only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.

malokee.com uses the servers of OVH sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław (KRS: 0000220286; NIP: 8992520556) and the store software of NetArch Sp. z o.o based in Kraków (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.

Data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.

B. Malokee.com (cookies)

Malokee.com uses "cookies" technology, which are text files placed on your device, to enable malokee.com to recognize you and customize malokee.com to your needs.

malokee.com uses cookies to:

  1. remembering your login (the session lasts 30 minutes from your last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  2. remembering the contents of your shopping cart (session lasts 30 days from last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  3. remembering your malokee.com display preferences (session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
  4. to create statistics and viewing reports on the operation of malokee.com; (session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

malokee.com uses scripts and software components provided and located on the servers of its business partners. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to carry out the service provided to malokee.com or contain data other than those mentioned in the privacy policy.

malokee.com selects its business partners very carefully, but is not responsible for their cookie policies. Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners on your own and decide for yourself whether you want to accept their cookies.

V. Security privacy policy of malokee.com partners

malokee.com chooses its business partners very carefully, and just as carefully verifies the placement of links to other websites on malokee.com. However, malokee.com is not responsible for the standard and privacy policies of the owners, operators or administrators of these sites. Therefore, we recommend that you verify each of our partners for yourself and decide for yourself whether you want to entrust them with your personal information.

VI. Transfer of your personal data

In specific situations where the applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to provide the collected data to government authorities, malokee.com will provide such data.

With the exception of these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, will be transferred to specific entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.

In the case of such transfer, the Personal Data Administrator shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintenance of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.

VII. Change of privacy policy of malokee.com

malokee.com reserves the right to change its privacy policy if required by applicable law, if the technological conditions of operation of malokee.com change, or if the change imposes a higher standard than the minimum required by law.

Malokee.com will notify of such a change by e-mail (to the e-mail indicated at registration).

VIII. Your rights

In accordance with the applicable legislation in relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

  • rectification or deletion of personal data;
  • portability of personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

These rights are non-transferable and cannot be restricted. We are always happy to provide you with assistance and information, and you can exercise some of the above-mentioned rights yourself.
